Our main office is located in West Chester. No meals are made there. We do not have a kitchen. We purchase meals from 13 different food providers in the county. That way meals are picked up close to our clients and delivered while still hot.
Volunteers are the heart and soul of our organization. Over 600 volunteer drivers pick up meals at lunchtime Monday through Friday in various spots all over the county and serve our homebound neighbors.
Our effort helps people remain living in their own homes, where they prefer to live, rather than going to a personal care facility. This also saves taxpayers money.
