Meals on Wheels of Chester County sends out an annual survey to our clients to get their feedback. We want to know what they think of the food and our volunteers. We also want to know if there are other ways we can help or make our service better. Below are the results from our most recent survey.

How does the food taste?

73% of our clients said the meals were good to excellent. That's very important to us. The hot, nutritious meal we deliver Monday through Friday may be the only real meal a homebound individual can count on. They look forward to this lunch and we want them to enjoy it.

If it weren't for Meals on Wheels, would there be days that you did not have enough to eat?

Sadly, 41% said they would not have enough to eat without their Meals on Wheels delivery.

What do you like most about a volunteer bringing you a meal?

65% said they they looked forward to having someone to talk to.

52% said it gave them a feeling of safety and security.

52% said it gave them a contact with the outside world and a link to additional support if needed.

On most days, is the MOWCC volunteer the only person you see?

42% said "yes."
